Our Chef Cristiano Rapezzi believes that a great dish always starts from the quality of its ingredients. This is why he likes to spend much of his time in local food markets or selecting and chossing from organic local farmers . Traditional mediterranean recepies are often revisited with a touch of creativity and beautifully presented to delight not just the palate but also the eye. Our fixed menu rotates on a daily basis and offers a variety of seasonal vegetarian or pescatarian plates which will include starter, first course, second course, side plate and desert.
